5 wire system in a condo

I inspected a 5 wire system, black, blue, red, green, and white today in the sub panel of a condo and the green (equipment ground bus bar) is bonded to the panel with a strap. Is this ok? Thanks.

It's required for the panel enclosure to be bonded to the EGC. It's prohibited for anything else in a subpanel to be bonded, including the neutral.

They brought all three hots on a three-phase wye. Kindof unusual on a condo in my experience, but not at all prohibited.

Sounds like you are describing a 208/120 Y 3 phase feeder. Not real common to run 3 phase feeders to condos but I've seen it done.
