500 mcm 4 in emt Paralled Trapezed through building with 2 Pull box 720degr Turn

Have a pull like to talk about.

Total of turns is 760 degrees. about 275 feet. Turns are because of different existing obstructions. I seen this before. But curious in the Pull boxes. Which pull box are installed in mid spans or somewhere in run.

How do they pull with such large conductors thru these pull boxes. I view some installs. Do they splice in these at all. 277/480 4 wire pulls.

Also, where u set up tugger and such. Curious cant set tugger up at the 0 to 720 points.

U can pull this type wire and man handle through pull box. What do they do?

It might be possible to pull it through in one shot but since you're saying that you cannot set up on either end you will need to pull towards a pull box in the middle. I would set up the machine there, order two reels (or one and pull, cut move the reel) and splice in the PB. Man-handling 500 Kcmil to save a splice is not worth the time or the effort.

Setting up the tugger on the ends. I can do, But how would it work, And how to set it up with so many turns and pull boxes. Can you pull straight thru a pull box? On a 90degree?
