500 MCM direct burial ?????

Do they make direct burial 500 MCM cable ????? If so, I'm assuming I have to use the 60 C table from NEC 310.16.

well I'm assuming the underground feeder cable is "UF", which is under the 60C column of 310.16. Is it another type of cable ??????????

I certainly hope they make 500mcm for direct burial or I'm going to have to tell my boss that we have dig up our whole distribution system.:smile:

Suggest you get get durect burial MC. Try NEC 330.10. Have had good luck with Okonite brand, as well as Southland.
