The short answer is yes, just don't exceed the maximum pulling tension.

We could be more helpful if you were more descriptive. What are you worried about? Why did you feel the need to ask this question?

Be careful if you use schedule 80 and RHW conductors your only allowed two conductors. That being said it's going to be a hard pull no matter what type of conductors you use. Can you upsize your conduit?

Probably not...a 1000' of 3" PVC probably has more than 360? bends from the small dips and rises that you always have when you use that raceway:D

Could be marginal if any change in direction. Other points are valid regarding not exceeding the pulling tension limits in the cables. The conduit type was not mentioned? Alcoa have to consider frictional issues with cables and potential to thermally damage cables on or conduit is non metallic thus recommend using an approved cable lube when pulling in. A larger conduit would reduce risk.
