In one of my systems I have a 500A fused disconnect on the wall and I'm trying to distribute this 500A to some temporary equipment. I plan on using a rental distribution panel that has the right size MCCBs for my equipment. 3x 100A MCCB and 1x 200A MCCB. This is all internally distributed via busbars.

Now lets say this distribution panel sits about 50ft from the 500A disconnect and I plan on using type W cables to connect from disconnect to this distribution panel. Does the distribution panel need a 500A fused disconnect as well? Is this an NEC requirement? Or can I just feed this distribution panel from the 500A fused disconnect on the wall?

I've attached a single line of what the system looks like. The question is, if fused disconnect FU2 is needed, or am I covered enough by FU1. I'd like to not have to provide FU2, since it will save $$$ and leadtime.
