Most natural gas facilities I tend to work at we always use the bonding style Myers hub with a bonding screw.

It says bonding jumpers with proper fittings and other approved means of bonding shall be used

Can I get some examples of other approved bonding means other than the typical red myer hub with the bonding screw.

First three that come to mind is cast boxes and fittings, bonding bushings and bonding locknuts.

See Section 250.100. There is a nest of circular cross-references, but the key is that locknut-bushing and double-locknut are NOT acceptable among the more commonly accepted methods in general use. Remember this applies to both Divisions 1 and 2. Most (not all) ordinary location methods are acceptable in Division 2.
