We are a 508A Panel Shop, we will be moving to a new location in a month or so.
I was asked to look into if UL has any minimum requirements for the panel shop itself and not the product.
I search UL 508A Standard but could not find anything related to the physical shop.

To my knowledge, there are none. My UL rep told me that the 508A framework is set up so that just about anyone can become a panel shop. This includes "people working out of their basement or garage." You pays your $$, you does your paperwork and record-keeping, and you gets to sticker.

Indoors, climate controlled, and properly outfitted as a shop seems to be common sense minimums to me. Having your 508A panel shop in the middle of a cow pen seems like poor planning :D.

Where are you moving to that this might be an issue?

No, UL does not care one iota.

That doesn't mean it's not important though. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made when I had a panel shop was moving to a building that had no easy way to load heavy panels onto a truck. At the time I moved, I was only doing small jobs. But 2 years later I got some work modifying VFDs for a manufacturer and it meant muscling around some very heavy gear. I ended up having to move again, which I'm sure as you are discovering now, is not something you want to do very often.
