50A breaker for generator inlet

Have searched around a bit just want to confirm. New to generator hook up always ran extension cord. But would like to be able to use furnace if power lost in winter.

Already installed 50A reliance inlet box, 6/3 with ground and interlock kit.

While going to install 50A breaker I noticed ground/neutral share common bus bar in panel(which I know is common on main panel).

My question is it okay to wire up a 50A breaker for generator inlet having both neutral/ground share same bus bar?
