I have a Bonded neutral portable generator that will be connected to a 50A Inlet Box which would feed to a 50A back Feed Breaker with a mechanical-interlock, to a residential Main Service panel. If I removed the bonding jumper on the generator to prevent having parallel neutrals and install a laminated tag on generator stating (The bond has been removed to facilitate a bonded neutral backfed system only).
Would this be Code Compliance.
Also, I would install a decal on Inlet Box stating (For Connection of a Nonseperately Derived(Floating Neutral)System only).

The floating neutral thing is confusing since it is not a term that is code defined.

As long as the instructions that came with the generator allow you to remove the bond, I don't see an issue.
