50hz motor will not run on 60 hz

Hey guys, I had a quick question about trying to run a 50 Hz motor on 60 Hz. From my understanding , the motor should run, except 20 % faster. It is designed for a 50 Hz 220 voltage supply, and I am attempting to run it at 60 Hz with a step up voltage converter that is converting to 210-230 volts from the 110 volts here in the US; I have tried running the motor with MULTIPLE converters, all which have built in voltage stabilizers, and every time, the volt-meter built in on the converters shows that the voltage is bouncing all over the place when the motor is ran. On top of that, the RPM of the motor also bounces all over the place. Below are the total specs of the motor. The motor should be running at a consistent RPM set by me, however, the motor instead jumps all over the place in terms of RPM. I really have no idea what is going on here, and my only guess is that the frequency difference between the motor's design and the frequency here in the US are not compatible. Any ideas?
