This (I believe) is where the requirement for switched neutral circuit breakers for dispensing equipment comes from. Does this apply to diesel dispensers that are not in a classified area? 514.2(A) indicates that diesel fuel dispensing alone does not require the area to be classified.

Diesel fuels don't require classifying the location but dispensing diesel is still within the Scope of the Article [Section 514.1]
