If I have a light standard near the fuel island (within 10) and its circuit does not route through the dispensers does it need to be controlled by the emergency stop?

No. There may be other issues under 514.7 to consider, but the light standard is not required to be controlled by the circuit disconnecting means described in Section 514.11.

Thanks; in the case I am currently working on there are 3 dispenser pumps and a keyosk. These items route through 4 definite purpose 120V contactors in a screw cover controlled by an emergency stop button. Currently these contactor coils (being electrically held) remain energized 24/7 is there a better way to control these?
