514.18 States underground wiring shall be installed in threaded rigid metal conduit to threaded steel intermediate metal conduit. Plus Ex.1 and 2.
My question is, does this mean the boundaries of the entire Motor Fuel Dispensing Facility or portions such as around the dispenser unit.
 
It should be then the whole area that is under that classification.
Not just by the pumps. Don't forget about the seal-offs.

About the underground wiring at a Motor Fuel Dispensing Facility, some one told me that I needed to refer to the definition 514.2 to determine what portons of property are to be the Facility. This would determine where to run conduit underground.
