6-3 Non-Metallic Wire; near HAVC ductwork and gas pipe line

Hi all,

I hired an electrician to install 85ft from, panel into my sun-room. The copper wire is very near to HAVC ductwork and about 1 inches above the gas pipe line in the basement. Is this safe?

As long as there are no cut wires or open splices, it's as safe as any other wire near the gas line.
