If a tenant requests 6 watts / SF, how do you typically calculate power for that? Does the 6 watts / SF get a demand factor? Or do you typically just multiply 6 by the square footage and divide by the 360 to get the amps then round up to the next OCPD size? Multiply by 1.25 or no?

Are you doing a service calc? If so I would do it just like I would with 3 watts/sq.ft or any other number
