60 degree ampacity

Where does it say that conductors must be sized based on the 60 degree C rating for breakers 100A and under?

110.14(C)(1)

But it also says "unless marked otherwise"

Most equipment is marked 75 C

If we were talking about NM cable (aka Romex) then 334.80 would limit you to the 60deg. ampacity rating of your conductors, but were not talking about romex so I will shut up. :D
