600 amp overhead residential service what size conductors are you using

I am thinking parallel AU 350s for this 600 amp service over head is there a less expensive way, the building is a 6 family gas appliances but there is landlord 2 electric dryers in basement
There will be 7 meters and a main 600 disconnect each meter has its own main breaker feeding 7 sub panels TYIA

Assuming you are not going to use gold..... IF your calculated load for the entire service will allow, you can use a 300kcmil, or 250kcmil CU
