I did my load calc and came up with 462 amps. I want to protect it all with a generator. I would like to come of my Ct cabinet with a 600 amp disconect go to my transfer switch and then go into the building with three 200 amp panels. From past experience what would be the best way to do this?

Impossible to answer, IMO, without a lot of specifics.
Keep in mind that up to your 600 amp disconnects, the conductors are service conductors and can not share the same raceway as non-service conductors so a "common" raceway is out. From that point it all depends on the physical layout.
