600 Amp residental service

Artical 310.15(B)(6) allows 350 aluminum for a 300 Amp service. Can I install paralleled 350 aluminum feeders with a 4/0 neutrals on the line side of my meter.

No that table is not for parallel conductors,it is not an ampacity table.

If your calculated load is less than 540 amps you could use two sets of parallel 400 AL if you keep them in separate raceways or cable and still have 600 AMP OCP.
