You are under the 6 switch rule. Is one way cheaper, or are you stressed for space? These things come into play sometimes. Also, the power company will require a main if the transformer services more than one location.

If the three 200 amp panels have main breakers in them and are grouped in one location, the fused disconnects are not necessary.
I generally would take potential future loads in consideration if thinking of a MDP, and sizing it accordingly, otherwise three disconnects/main breaker panels would be the way to go most of the time.
