I have a chance to bid on this house but never had to deal with a resi elevator, how much trouble are they? and throw some bids for me to check my bid. Thanks
 
i have done 2 res.elevators.there was no elevator room.the motor and controls were in the top of the shaft.the electrical i had to run was 1 run of 30a 220 volt 4wire.1 homerun 120volt for cab lites.each in a seperate box .1gfi recpt and a switch for a light in top of shaft for serviceing.

The 2 residential elevators I did were the same, except equipment at the bottom, and we ran a telephone line for the cab as well.
