600A 120/240V 3PH breaker tripping

I purchase new (SGLA36AT0600) breaker it is 600A 120/240V 3PH high leg for gas station use as amain service disconnect,

After 3 day from open the station the breaker start tripping (the load it is 80A) i order new one and replace the existing new 600A breaker we install but same problem happened the breaker type,

any idea why this happen

Is the rating plug in it? It will work without a rating plug, but will trip at 20-30% of the breakers rating if I remember correctly. Supply houses are bad to sell them without the rating plug installed.
There are no rating plug
You thing this is the problem

That is your problem. They use a standard frame, and the rating plug sets the ocp. It will set without one, but will trip over a certain percentage of the breaker max rating. The plug is ordered separate from the breaker. Just snaps in.
