600amp service (feeders re-entering CT can after disconnect)

I am building a 600 amp service. About to install the disconnect. The picture shows a rudimentary sketch of its intended installation. Two 3 inch pvc conduits will run between the CT cabinet and the disconnect housing the feeders that run in and out of the disconnect. (thats the meter in the middle). My question is, after the feeders exit the disconnect can they re_enter the CT cabinet? Then proceed through the back of the CT cabinet to enter the panels??
