heres one that popped in my head, say you have a 3 ph 480 circuit and a 3 ph 208 circuit all in one pipe using thhn am i right in thinking that this isnt legal because of the wires 600v rating and what about control cabinets?

I think not. I would say that it is legal, for the same reason. 300.3(C)(1).
