60A Welding Hook Up

Running 6/3 romex for a 208v 60A welding hook-up. Need a female plug on the end for the welders to plug into. What type of plug would you use? A link would be great. Thanks.

I try to use one that matches the welder cord and there is no one plug for every welder.....

That is something you will need to verify.
A common practice when providing power to and equipment is to check the name plate rating on the equipment, from there you can determine the needs. Getting the specs will give you a more complete idea of what you need. Then the NEC code book will tell you What materials qualify to be used for the application. Equipment plugs vary and come in many types.

Are the machines single phase or three phase?

NEMA 5-50 is by far the most common for single phase in my experience. It is an overgrown house outlet. IIRC a lot of three phase machines use twist lock instead of straight blade.
