610 Question

Been a while since I've been in heay industry.... My opinion is that a buss duct plug (with ropes) does not meet the requireemnt of 610.31. As I read it, the disconnect itself needs to be readily accessible and, although the buss discionnect is operable from the floor, it is not readily accessible.
Using the buss plug also seems to be somewhat awkward for the required LOTO procedure.
