Has anyone installed an EV charging system under this clause? Did the equipment have a listing for this use? We are looking for options for a system oversubscribed by about 4:1 on a 200A feeder.

The casual reading I've done suggests equipment for load management is controlled by the utility, not a local controller. I'll be interested to see what others more involved in EV's have to say.
