I may be missing something obvious here, but I have a question regarding disconnecting means for EVSE. Its a 60 amp 240 volt charger, fastened in place. 625.43 reads I don't need a disconnecting means because it's not more than 60 amps. 625.44(B) reads I need a receptacle outlet. Wouldn't the receptacle outlet be considered a disconnecting means?
