680-24 E question

Is there a UL listed strain relief device that complies with both 680-24 e and
680-22 b 2. The inspecter seems to think there is, I cant find one if it does
:-?:-?:-?

I'm assuming a listed connector would fit the bill. I've seen some wet niche J Boxes with built in stain relief for the fixture cord.
