680.25 (A) (1) Pool Feeders

I need some help on which feeders need to be in conduit per 680.25 (A) (1)?
I feel that the feeder from the 150 amp breaker in the meter to the Pool house panel and then from the Pool house panel to the Pool equipment panel should all be in conduit.

I have attached a drawing for refernce.

If you're asking if you can use UF or SE(x) cable, my answer would be no. They aren't wiring methods that are available for 680 installs.

The ground wire needs to be insulated, although that alone doesnt explain excluding something like direct burial MC cable. The other part is probably protection from physical damage. Jess Guessin'.
