680 vs. 682 POND WIRING

I am looking at installing a sub panel on a house that is adjacent to a pond per the feeder requirement in 682.31. The panel will be used to supply equipment for a pond. This equipment will include a 240v hard wired WELL PUMP to provide water for the pond only, an 120v hardwired AERATOR pump for the pond, and a GFCI protected receptacle to be mounted near or on the dock. I plan to install GFCI protection for the aerator circuit. *THIS POND WILL BE USED FOR SWIMMING AND WILL HAVE A BEACH AREA. Now with that being said will I need to comply with the requirements of NEC 682, or 680 with all of the bonding requirements that are associated with pools? Also could someone enlighten me on what they are referring to in section 682.33 (B) when it talks about the GFCI protection of "All circuits rated not more than 60 amperes at 120 volt through 250 volts, single phase, shall have GFCI protection"

If you have a dock, then under the 2017 NEC it falls under Art 555. One interesting new requirement is a sign stating
WARNING — POTENTIAL SHOCK
HAZARD — ELECTRICAL CURRENTS MAY BE
PRESENT IN THE WATER.
Since there is a dock and swimming the article of concern would be 555

Sorry, I should have mentioned that this is single family dwelling. This article would not apply.
