690.35 Ungrounded PV removed from 2017...chart for other changes..690.15/10 feet?

A simple question- this 10 feet thing in the pic below is new, correct?
And to anyone who helped with these changes- thanks! They're A+!

Now to complicate things a bit- "within 10 feet"...is that IN the vicinity, or not?

690.43(C) All Conductors Together.
Equipment grounding conductors for the PV array and structure (where installed)
shall be contained within the same raceway or cable or otherwise run with the PV array circuit conductors when
those circuit conductors leave the vicinity of the PV array.

Yes they changed the "grouping" to 10 feet...

Leaving the vicinity...or once your beyond the footprint of the array.

Awful lot of labeling. Not sure how first responders are going to understand all the labels in the heat of the moment. But they don't hurt anything except the bottom line.
