If we have a single fire pump which is feed through ats, the breaker that coming from normal side is 600%FLA (locked rotor) as 695.4(b)(2)(a) while the breaker that coming from generator side is only 250%FLA 695.4(b)(2)(b) & 430.62. Why both sizes not the same?
