Ive just started looking into a cheap way to turn off lights in a building that get left on.
The lights are LED and are needed on anytime during occupancy.
Sometimes lights get left on in areas that are not used for 24 hours or more and no one checks the lights until the next time the area is used.
The way the rooms a broken up it would take several motion sensors to go that route.
While searching the internet I found 7 day programmable light switches but not a whole lot of information on them.
The websites selling them dont give full spec sheets.
If these are three way, and the schedule could be overridden by the existing three way light switch, I could replace one of the existing three ways with a four way and add this 7 day switch and program it to turn lights off at a given time.
This would be a cheap automation and fix for this issue.
Anyone have any experience with these switches?
