700.10 (B) Emergency wiring distribution to ATS's

Serving a healthcare facility from a generator source for the essential electrical system power (life/safety, critical and equipment).
Can the distribution breakers, to serve ATS's, be installed in a panelboard or switchboard without separation between the distribution circuit breakers or wiring? (Single feeder from the generator set parallel gear to the panelboard or switchboard.)

I believe you can - based on 700.10(B) which allows the emergency 'circuits' to be in the same space. We have only 'emergency' loads as defined by article 700. Equipment branch loads would be considered as 'emergency' under article 700 as it serves elevators and HVAC ventilation. We do not have loads/systems as defined by articles 701 and 702.
