Healthcare facility, if contractor run underground RMC (rigid metal conduit) from emergency generator to the
building's emergency electrical room, will the conduit need to be concrete encased to meet NEC 700.10(D)
or this rule only applies to emergency feeder run inside the building? Thank you.

Note: The emergency generator is located outdoor.

If the conduit is buried per 300.5 depth it would still be considered outside the building until it enters the electrical room and would not need concrete encasement.
