700-26 Ground Fault Protection of Equipment

"The alternate source for emergency system shall not be required to have ground fault protection..."

If my emergency generator central plant via ATS, will above rule apply? In central plant we also feed some lighting and fire alarm from generator.
 
I mean my emergency generator serve a central plant with motors load, egress lights + some fire alarm devices.
