75 Degree for MC

Can someone help me understand how you use the 75 degree column for MC. I've always heard this but after looking at 330.80 (MC Ampacity) it is not so clear to me how the code states you can use 75 degree column for MC
 
MC cable is manufactured with 90° C conductors. As long as the terminals on both ends are rated for 75° C you can use that ampacity but for smaller conductors you would still be limited by 240.4(D).
