I have a 75 KVA transformer 480 3P delta 208/120 3P Wye. Primary current is 30 to 34 amps and secondary curent is 130 to 134 amps per phase. I forgot to measure netural current. The outside case of the transformer is about 120 DF. The complaint is that the temp has increased within the last couple months and is hot to the touch. I am going to meg the unit Thursday so see if this reveals any issues. Just thought to ask of any comments or ideas.

120?F is just warm for a transformer.
It may be running hotter than the people remember, but you are not even close to where a problem exists.

The inner parts of the transfromer winding can get close to 120?C under full load operation.
