75 kva transformer

does a 75 kva transformer need a secondary over current protection if it is in the same room as primary protection. distrubution panel, transformer, and secondary panel is in the same room with in 10 feet from each other. table 450.3(B) says primary only 9 amps or more at 125% for feed to transformer. is it saying that i can just install a 200 amp main lug panel. thanks

No.

Article 450 only deals with the transformer, you still need to protect the conductors 240.21(C) and the panel 408.36 (2008 NEC)
