Hi Guys
I am planning an installation where I need to get some cables from switchgear to the load which is a distance of about 600 meters.
Below are the cables that will go in the tray (All 750 V DC):
16 x 300mm^2 cables (8 x +375 & 8 x -375)
12 x 95 mm^2 cables (6 x +375 & 6 x -375)
1 x 95mm ground cable
Questions:
1. Can I trefoil these cables? If yes, what is the suggested way to do this?
I was thinking bunch all positives together and all negatives together. Would it be an issue if different circuits are mixed?
2. If not, I have to fit these in a 900 mm perforated cable tray. Thee 300mm cables have an OD of 36 and 95mm cables have an OD of 25. Please suggest an installation method.
I have broken my head over this in the past few days, looked everywhere but couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
