8,000 sq ft art center load calculation

An 8,000 sq ft art center has a 200 amp 3 phase service. (208 v) Is this too small ? Its getting remodeled, and with two new heat pumps, 25 kw and 45 kw. It has several art room galleries for artists. It will get all new lighting and total re wire. ( I have only calculated residential loads for many years) I see in the NEC 3 1/2 VA per sq ft lighting and receptacle load 1 VA per sq ft. for office buildings, can I use these ? Any suggestions ? Thank you

Are there any plans for electric kilns to make pottery?
If so that would need to be included in the load calculation.

Sure that is probably higher than needed but 1 va is only used if it is higher than 180va per receptacle

Unless I made a math error you have almost 200 amps in heatpump load making one 200 amp service very inadequate.

When you say 25kW and 45kW for the heat pumps, is that the power consumption or the thermal rating??

I'm not sure, the GC and I just saw these kw ratings on the blue prints.
