Nope, but you may be able to use the UL listing if the fixture came with 8/32 screws. Look at 410.15 and 16.

Boxes are rated not the screws. That said the commentary, 314.27(A), talks about 6-32's holding switches, etc.
Read 314.23(B)(1), & 314.27(B).

I agree its the box and whatever the box is tapped to use. But an understandable question because we all know there are different grades of bolts. And some of the junk you see coming from overseas I wouldnt trust to hold more than a pound or two.

I usually never use the 8-32 screws that come with the fixture. They always seem to be just a bit too small and I don't trust them. Having said that, who knows how good the box of 8-32 x 1.5" screws you buy is anymore?!? I once cut out & saved the sticker on a box of screws that read something like this:
MADE IN THE USA,
TAIWAN, MALAYSIA,
MEXICO OR THE
REPUBLIC OF CHINA.
