is what I have at all of the receptacles on a circuit. 120v on load side of the panel circuit breaker. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

First I would look to see if there is a bad or weak neutral joint. Then I would check the neutral joints.

Could also be a lost leg coming in and the 80 volts are just feeding through the 220 appliances. Turn off the main and check power on the line side, each to ground. Also check for 220.

You have a bad connection on the neutral or hot somewhere between the panel and the first receptacle with the low voltage in the circuit. If you are sure there are no receptacles in the circuit with the proper voltage, then start at the panel with the branch neutral connection and breaker connection. Then go to the first (usually closest) receptacle in the circuit and check if it has been wired with the "speedwire" spring clips. These are a big source of problems.
