Hi, I am trying to figure out where I have to put the disconnects on a new shop I am building. It will have an 800 amp single phase 120/240 CT'd service coming into the shop. I want to stub out 2 conduits from CT can towards the direction of a future pump and pool house about 70-100' away from this CT service, do I have to put disconnects at the CT can in the future for this or can I run directly from the CT can to the panels inside this future building. The CT can will be on the exterior of the shop and 2 - 200 amp panels directly behind it for the shop

I don't see how you have to do anything at all. I'd be inclined to add a third panelboard and run feeders to the two out buildings when the time comes.

don't all the service disconnecting means have to be adjacent? how would that work if some were in other buildings?
