I got to take one 200A subpanel from a 800A panel 120/208.But other electricians have taken one 400A,one 200A and another 100A subpanels.Am I allowed to take one more 200A subpanel or not?or in other world how many percent of main panel amper am I allowed to use?

Someone has to do a load calculation. The rating of the feeder breakers as compared to the main doesn't mean much.

You should first do a load calculation to determine if 800amps will carry the entire load of the service.

Chances are, it will because not all the loads are operations at 100% of their rated circuit ampacity.

There is no limit to the number of sub-panels you can take off this 800a. The service should properly protect the wires feeding it, and your installation should have a 200a breaker protecting wires capable of carrying that amount of current.
