800A Generator feeding 2 ATS, 1-3 phase, and 1-single phase service

Hello all,
Trying to design a genset system for a client. Its a odd ball for me. We are trying to feed two buildings. Each with a separate service entrance. One single phase and one three phase. My plan is to have genset with two breakers which would feed two separate ATS(service rated). Is this okay to do, given the difference in phase?

Normally, systems with two ATS's have them connected as master-slave units, but with two separate services, you don't want a power failure in one transferring both buildings . . . unless you do, because they share the same transformer bank and will always fail simultaneously.

You also need to know whether the 3ph service is wye or delta, the latter of which would almost definitely be if they share transformers.

The first question for me is what is the voltage and amperage of each service? There is no such thing as an 800 amp generator. Do you mean 800 KW?
