I am installing an 800a underground service from utility pole to MCC section inside block building. Total length is less than 200'. I was planning on using size 600MCM wire and parallel runs of 4" rigid conduit. The electrical drawing for the project shows parallel runs of 3.5" rigid conduit and 500MCM wire. Which is correct?

Assuming 75 deg or higher conductors, the drawings would be correct, see exception #2 of 230.90(A)
