I am hoping to find torque wrench setting for 750KCMIL Aluminum wire connected to an 800amp CT lug. Everyone I talk to just says make it tight, but before they tag the instrument enclosure shut, I would love to put my torque wrench on it....

Annex I in the 2011 NEC may have your answer. It is tables with torque values.
