I have a situation in my living room where the hot - neutral voltage reads 90V, but the same receptacle reads 120V from hot to ground. Several receptacles on this circuit read 120V hot - neutral; others have the 90V problem, which is affecting my appliances (TV). I've replaced the receptacle. Any ideas out there? Thanks.
